    The Challenge

    Next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis required bioinformaticians with advanced programming skills. Lab scientists had to wait days for results and had no way to independently explore genomic datasets, run statistical tests, or annotate variants — creating critical bottlenecks in pre-clinical drug discovery pipelines.

    Our Solution

    We built DeepTrait — a no-code NGS data analysis platform designed by lab scientists, for lab scientists. The platform supports Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistical tests, ROC curve analysis, seamless variant and gene annotation across all major databases, and discovery of genetically supported therapeutic targets and diagnostic markers. Scientists go from raw data to actionable insights in under six hours.
